Aquaworks Plumbing Services is pleased to announce that works have now commenced on site following the award of the mechanical plumbing scope for the new Water Treatment Plant at Munmorah Power Station.

Our team is currently progressing with the installation of structural bracketing and supports for the treatment plant pipework infrastructure, forming the foundation for the upcoming mechanical installations.

The project scope includes the installation of Schedule 80 PVC pipework systems, H-frame structural bracketing, and the mounting and connection of multiple filter vessels and treatment equipment required for the plant’s operation.

As part of our scope, Aquaworks Plumbing Services will also be coordinating craneage and placement of process equipment and instruments, as well as installing approximately 1 kilometre of HDPE poly feed line to supply raw water to the treatment plant.

We look forward to delivering this project safely, efficiently, and to the high standards required for critical water infrastructure
