A great visit to a highly efficient operation at Heatons nurseries.

Their new hot house, built by EnviroTec, is fully operational and loaded with stock. This commercial infrastructure utilizes advanced materials and modern design to maximize growing efficiency.

Australian vegetable growers produced less last year, yet value still hit a record $6 billion 💰

Production volume fell in 2024/25. Farmgate value climbed 6% anyway, driven by strong prices for potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers and lettuce. Less product, more return.

This is what production at scale actually looks like. 🌿

This morning the team attended the Greenlife Industry QLD Nursery Tour at Greenstock Nurseries in Elimbah, QLD. Greenstock supplies plants into some of Queensland's most iconic public landscape and infrastructure projects, and this was a rare opportunity for Queensland growers to see a high-volume, high-standard operation up close.

When you're running at this scale, every input counts. And a well-designed growing structure is how you make sure none of it goes to waste. Proud to see our own EnviroTec structures doing exactly that on site today 🙌
