Firebreaks will need to be in place by the 1st November in the City of Wanneroo.
We are currently taking firebreak or land clearance works in the Yanchep & Two Rocks area only.

Please note
We don’t have the capacity for booking any other type of works at present (Fencing, Property maintenance & general Bobcat works for building or landscaping etc) due to the imminent fire season works and our current ongoing large projects & existing bookings.

We anticipate this will continue through to mid/end November.

We are now taking bookings for this seasons firebreaks, the City of Wanneroo will be inspecting from November 1st and issues fines for those that aren’t compliant, we can be more cost effective if you let us know early and we can clear them in groups around the same location.

Another hardstand parking area completed in 1 day, thanks to our client Kylie of Yanchep.

On this project we supplied 12 tonnes of recycled roadbase to a depth of 100mm that’s been compacted to create a solid, w**d free & cost effective solution.

It’s the first day of Winter and it’s now time to turn off the reticulation, just switch the controller to the off position and leave the power on to save your settings.
Our regular clients need to do nothing as we will do this as part of our ongoing maintenance plan.

⭐️IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING CLUB CAPRICORN CLOSURE ⭐️

As Capricorn Yanchep’s preferred maintenance contractor we have been tasked with ensuring the safe closure of the Club Capricorn driveway and surrounding perimeter fencing.

This will occur this coming Monday 24th May between 2-3pm.

Heavy machinery will be operational within the area after this date to enable the foreshore works to take place, please do not attempt to enter this area as it will be unsafe to do so.
