122 OEBR – Subsoil drainage installed with long-term performance in mind, reducing the risk of hydraulic pressure beneath the concrete slab.

Trenches fully lined with geofabric to prevent contamination and maintain consistent drainage over time.

It’s the work you don’t see that protects everything above it.

Progress Update | Drainage & Structural Works

We’ve been cutting in deep service trenches in preparation for the new subsoil drainage system to be installed, and preparing the lower level for the next phase of works.

New stormwater, sewer, water and fire suppression installed

A bit about us 🙋‍♂️

A Coles Constructions was established in 2013 by our licensed builder & carpenter Adam Coles. You will find Adam onsite most days getting his hands dirty working along side all trades associated with constructing your custom home and applying his knowledge and experience into every small detail.
Adam has a passion for building quality environmentally friendly homes, which stretches through his family with his father being a carpenter for 25 + years and them being onsite together from an early age.
