YOU’VE GOT MAIL 📬

Just bought a house on the Central Coast? 👀
Maybe you’re already thinking about what you’d change, add or renovate.

We’ve been dropping a few of these around recently sold homes on the Central Coast. If you’ve got one, we’d love to help you make it yours whether that’s an extension, addition, renovation or new build.

And if you’ve already received one, let us know! 👋

One thing we wish people didn’t feel awkward about? Telling us their budget.

We’re not asking so we can spend every dollar of it. We’re asking so we can understand what you want to achieve and what’s realistic.

And where we can, we’ll look for ways to save without compromising on the things that matter.

You be upfront with us about your budget, and we’ll be upfront with you about what it can achieve.

A little bit of reality from the job site 👷‍♂️

Not every project runs perfectly to the original timeline — and sometimes there are moving parts behind the scenes that you simply can’t see from the outside.

This project was initially planned as a CDC, however, the roof design at the front of the property required that portion to be submitted separately as a DA. Along the way, we were also working through window schedules, confirming ridge heights and finalising design details to make sure the finished home was exactly what had been envisioned.

These things take time, and when timelines shift outside of the original program, there can be a knock-on effect across other projects already underway — particularly when another job is at a crucial stage.

It’s just a bit of construction reality. Plans change, approvals take time and details need to be right before we build.

The goal is always the same: get the details right and deliver the home the way it was intended. 🏠

So, what actually happens once you decide to build or renovate with us?

We know building or renovating can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re not sure what happens next and we think knowing what to expect makes the whole process a little easier.

From our first chat, through quoting, planning, construction and finally handing over the finished space, we keep things clear and keep you in the loop along the way.

We’ve put together our 5-step process so you can see how it all works with Lummy & Co 👆🏻
