Beautiful renovations start with good bones.

This original 1959 bathroom had plenty of character, but after more than six decades, it was ready for a new chapter.

We opened up the shower, improved the layout and replaced the dated finishes with a clean, timeless palette designed for everyday family life. The result is a bathroom that feels brighter, more spacious and far more practical, while still respecting the age and character of the home.

We love working on older houses because the potential is already there. With thoughtful planning and quality workmanship, even the most tired spaces can become beautiful, functional rooms that feel completely at home.

Work in progress… 🔨✨

There comes a point in every renovation where it suddenly stops looking like a construction site and starts looking like someone’s future home.

We’re not there just yet (there’s still plenty left to do!), but it’s pretty exciting to see this kitchen taking shape.

From a home that hadn’t been touched since the 1950s to a space that’s slowly coming back to life, this transformation has been a special one to be part of.

What’s your favourite feature so far? I’m torn between the island and those pendants. 😍

One of the best moments in a major renovation is when the kitchen starts to take shape.

After months of planning, demolition and rebuilding from the roof down, it’s often the first time homeowners can really picture what their finished home will look like.

This Clontarf renovation hadn’t been touched since 1957, so seeing the new kitchen come together has been a pretty special milestone.

We’ll share more photos as the project progresses, but here’s a little preview of what’s to come.

Just wrapped up these custom stairs and landing for our friend Jan’s beautiful coastal cottage. Safe to say getting to the front door is now a much more stylish experience (and a lot less “watch your step”).
