A story on today show this morning....
Unfortunately there are many in this climate trying to get away with poor builds, and many times builders are....

When having a frame inspection make sure all steel work is welded as per engineering.

What your looking at is the base of the steel posts which require 2 fasteners to be installed.

Easy to miss but these plates have to be welded..
