Works at Campbelltown included remediation of significant cracking to the multi-storey rendered façade, with crack stitching installed across the affected areas before reinstatement of the façade system. Crack stitching is used to tie cracked masonry back together rather than simply covering the visible cracking.

Works completed:

* Existing cracks opened and prepared
* Crack stitching installed across affected sections
* Cracked areas repaired and reinstated
* Render finish matched into the existing façade
* Final protective coating applied

Another section of the façade remediation now completed and restored.

Another key milestone completed at Warby Street Unit 33 section.

The new strip drains, waterproof bandage, regulates and waterstop angles have now been installed and inspected, with the area prepared and ready for the engineered screed installation.

Every stage of this project has been focused on delivering a long-term waterproofing solution by ensuring the substrate is prepared correctly before the final finishes are applied.

JAMBEROO RESIDENCE | INTERNAL PLASTERING & WALL LEVELLING

Progress continues on one of our premium residential projects in Jamberoo.

This stage involved extensive wall straightening, squaring and set out, levelling and preparation before the application of a premium Euralbi Fino White Set plaster finish throughout the upper level of the residence.

Working within the vaulted roof structure required careful attention to detail to achieve straight lines, sharp angles and consistent surface finishes across every wall and junction.

Scope of works includes:
