Renovation in kiama complete early this week the previous painters had textured the external so restoring back to original wasn't a fun procedure but with the right knowledge anything is achievable we managed to achieve a high quality result and give the home owner piece of mind the garage render was to far gone from fixtures over the years so that needed texturing aswell but now we have created a dilemma with the owner maybe wanting to do the garage floor now because everything else looks perfect

External Eaves and handrails completed in thirroul today the property had not been painted in well over 15 years all the existing coating broke down so far is sanded right off back to a previous enamel coating after oil base undercoating and painting 2 coats of weathershield semi gloss this property is good for another 20 years with no issues giranteed

4 bedroom townhouse in wollongong completed today the home had finally had a professional finish the owners had always painted it themselves and can definately say it was not fun electric sanding all the walls to remove the roller hairs and paint skins changing the varnished architraves and doors to white was a challenge itself needing a 4 coat system but overall the end result was definately worth the effort
