Father’s Day. One of my favourite days of the year!

Being a dad means everything to me, and is a big part of why I started Amicus Plumbing. In fact, these two are the inspiration behind the name Amicus - my daughter, Amity, and my son, Lucas.

You should never smell gas around your home. If you can smell gas, even occassionally, give me a call and get it checked out.

These customers had noticed an intermittent gas smell since moving into their home. During a whole-home safety check, I tracked down the gas leak and was able to repair it that same day.

Introducing the person behind Amicus Plumbing ⤵️

Hi, I’m Michael. Starting Amicus Plumbing wasn’t just about starting another business. It was about creating something that gives me the flexibility to be there for my family, while doing work I genuinely enjoy and take pride in.

With over 15 years of experience in the plumbing industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work across all sorts of jobs and meet plenty of great people along the way. Now, I’m excited to bring that experience into my own business and provide a service that people can rely on, helping when needed, and building genuine relationships in the community.

Outside of plumbing, I’m a dad to two young children, and I love being involved in their sporting interests and supporting them along the way. That time with my family is a big part of why creating a business with the right balance is so important to me.

Amicus Plumbing is something personal to me, and I’m excited to see where the journey takes us.

Thanks for being here and supporting the start of something that means a lot to me.

A simple upgrade to make this laundry a much more practical space.

These customers wanted to make better use of their existing laundry benchtop, so I installed a new stainless steel sink and mixer while keeping the existing benchtop and cabinetry in place.

A clean, functional upgrade without the need for a full laundry renovation.
