🪠BLOCKED STORMWATER 🪠Tree roots are naturally drawn to the moisture and nutrients inside stormwater pipes. Even the smallest crack, loose joint, or poorly sealed connection can release vapour that attracts nearby roots. Once a root finds an entry point, it pushes its way inside and continues to grow, feeding off the constant water supply. Over time, the roots expand and form dense masses that restrict flow, trap debris, and eventually cause blockages or even pipe damage if left untreated.
