😉 September / October Project Update 😊

Shopfitting!!! 😁 & 🩵'n It!!! 😉

Been Busy With A Month Long Project In Myrtleford Victoria @ Little Shoppe Of Memories 😊 Started With A 1920's Beige Building, & Transformed It In2 A Pink Palace, & Some!!!

From Cabinet Making, Display Assembly & A Customized Fit Out, To Painting, Signwriting, Stock Collection / Deliveries & Polishing Glass!!! 😯 & That's Only The Start Of It All!!! 😄

It's Been Awesome 2 Be Able 2 Take MALI 1111 2 Work Everyday, & She Most Certainly Has Performed Well As The Resident Shop Dog 🥰 🐕 🧡🧡🧡 Farming 4 Pats From Passers By, & Making Herself Comfortable In The Shop Windows 2 Keep An Eye On Everything Goin' On 'round Her 🤣

We'll Be Returning 2 The Wodonga Area Soon As It's Almost Complete... Well, 4 Now Anyways 😉 Sooooooo Many Things 2 List, But Here's An Interim Little Video I Did The Other Day, Just 2 Show U 'round & What I've Been Up 2 🩵🩵🩵

Please Send A DM, PM or A $1PM If There's Something I Could Be Doing 4 You 😁

😉 A Few Before & Afters From A Little Office Paint Defects Tune Up I Completed Last W'end 😊

Removed A Few Signs That Were Most Definitely 'Adhered' To Their Substrates Using Some Type Of Double Sided Gel Tape... Perhaps Just A Little Overkill, I Can Tell Ya They Weren't Comin' Off In A Hurry 😆 Persistance Paid Off, However, & Here's A TSTopTip 4 Ya, Discovering Some Of The Existing Finished Surfaces Had Been Painted With Little, Or No Preparation, Sanding Or Primer, Made For Some Interesting Time Consuming Repairs...

Once Again, I Wasn't Goin' 2 Let It Beat Me, Got There In The End 😉 Like They Were Never There 😁 MALI 1111 Returned The Keys Successfully 2 😄 🐕 🧡🧡🧡

Also Spent A Nice Afternoon Last Week Removing The Broadleaf W**ds / Cape W**d By Hand @ , In The Very Rear Yard This Time, It Came Up Pretty Sweet As Well 😉

August 😶 Happy 19th Birthday 2 The Lux 😉

Woke Up, Got Out Of Bed
Grabbed A Dog Lead & Some Bags
Found My Way Downtown & Drank A Cup
With MALI Sittin' There, I Noticed All Her Hair

Had A Thought, About Today
Wash The Lux For It's Birthday
Black Plastics, Wheels & Had A Scrub
Shiny Like New It's Lookin' Like A Dream

Ok, Ok, Enough Singin' A Day In The Life 🤣 I Do 🩵 That Song Though, & It's 3 Times As Old As The Lux!!! 🩵🩵🩵

Anyways, With A Fist Full Of Gold Coins, The Change I've Collected From My Coffee @ The Piccolo Pod Every Other Morning, I Sent Them In2 The Self Service Bay Slots @ Shimmers Car Wash, Wodonga 😁 Gave The Lux A Good Once Over, Then Bought It Home To Detail The Black Plastics, Wheels & Tyres... Came Up A Treat, Looks Smart As Again For A 19 Year Old Bus With Almost 4 Hungy On The Clock 😂 🩵 This Rig 😉

Mali & I Spent The Arvo In That Springtime Like Sun 2day, How Sensational Was It!!! 😉 & A Happy B'day 2 Every1 Having 1 This Week 😉 🩵🩵🩵

2day Was The Day!!! 😂 Yes, 2day I Had A Full Day Off!!! 😆 A Full Day 2 Do Whatever It Was I Chose 2 Do 😉 Funny Though, It Didn't Stop Me From Being The Ultimate Tenant @ Of Course 😅

The Sun Was Shining Early, It Was Freakin' Cold Though 🥶 Like 0° @ 08:00, Brrrrr... Anyways, Being The House Proud Lad That I Am, I Decided 2 Continue The Upkeep On Those Wretched Dandelions / Cape W**d... I've Watched People Take 2 Them With A Pair Of Scissors, & Often Spray Them Only 2 Watch Them Return A Few Weeks Later 😅 A Wise Ol' Lass Once Said 2 Me
'1 Year Of Seeds Brings 10 Years Of W**ds'... So Sure Spray Them All U Want, But Ripping Them Out Old Skool 1 By 1 With A W**ding Fork Hand W**der Is Somewhat Therapeutic 😊

So... Now... There's Not A Broadleaf W**d In Sight In Both The Front Yard, & The Back!!! I May've Got A Bit Carried Away, & My Neighbours Will Find Their Nature Strips Are Free Of 'em 2 😆

Shootin' 4 A Few Awards 2day Aren't I 🤣 Best Tenant 2026 & Neighbour Of The Year!!! 😂
The Rental Specialists Real Estate 😉

I Always Sweep The Gutters / Drains As Well, Even Scraped A Stack Of Dirt & Gravel Some Tool Left All Over The Place After Taking A Ride Over The Corner House Nature Strip 🙄 U Know What They Say, If Ya Want A Job Done Properly... ... ... Call 🤣🤣🤣

In All Seriousness Though, This Is Something I'm Missing Immensely, Havin' My Very Own Place 2 Work On & Improve 😊 It Does Get A Little Lonely Runnin' Ur Own Biz @ Times, & As Much As I 🩵 Doin' What I Do, The Satisfaction Of Building A Home With Some1 Would Most Certainly Make All Of These Efforts Sooooo Much More Worth It 😊

So If U Have An Old House That Needs Some 🩵, I'm All 4 It 😉 I'm A Pretty Handy Lad 2 Have 'round As Well 😁

Spent Another Few Daze @ The 88% House, After Finishing The Office Space / Den / Guest Room / Sun Room, Whatever U'd Like 2 Call It 😅 It's Very Universal Whichever Way U Look @ It Anyways 😉

I Was Asked If I Could Make A Storage Space / She Shed / Mole Hole (In The Nicest Possible Way Of Course), But That's What They're Called Ya Know!!! 🤣 Anyways, I Was Asked If I Could Use Whatever Materials Were Left Over 2 Create A Little Storage Space...

Well, That's Exactly What I Did 😉 Minimal Expense Spent On Materials, & Smashed It Out As Quick As Possible 😁

Me Being Me, Of Course Gave It The Ol' TS Treatment 😆 Ripped Up Some Strips Of Ply To Make The Joins In The Particleboard A Little Neater, Primed The Walls & Ceiling, 'cause Even A Storage Space Has Standards 😉 Nah, I Didn't Go Overboard, But Made It Look Neat, Tidy & Useable 😊 Even Repurposed The Old Laundry Door (From A Few Months Back), As A Window Panel Above The Door 😉 I H8 Throwin' S #!t Away, & Can't Stand Buying Stuff If It's Not Needed 😉

Came Up Pretty Smart 4 A 2 Day Effort 😁 Primed The Outside Of The Sliding Door Surround In The Office Space Whilst I Had The Roller Out, It's Come Up Pretty Damn Smart 2 Might I Add 🙃

I've Added All Of The Office Space Pictures In This Post As Well, U've Seen The Reel, Here's The Pics 😉

Once Again Guys, U Really Are The Definition Of My 'Good Jobs 4 Good Folks' Mission Statement 🥰
