Due to the recent massive increase in fuel costs we have had to increase our minimum service callout cost to $140 within a 10km radius of our base. This covers the first 1/4hr labour. Additional labour cost stays the same at $60 per additional 1/4hr and travel costs beyond 10km stay the same at $5 per km one way.
Due to our extensive experience and a vast range of spare parts kept in stock and also the questions we ask at the time of booking a call, many callouts are able to be completed within the first 1/2hr.
Sorry but if you live at the top end of Thurgoona, Lavington or Glenroy it takes longer to get there and this costs more in time & fuel.
We repair most brands of fridges, freezers, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, electric stoves & ovens. We also do some microwave ovens if considered likely to be economical at the time of booking.
There are some brands we don't repair including Miele, Asko & Beko (not because of quality or performance) and also many cheaper Asian brands such as Hisense, Midea, Inalto and some others due to difficulty in getting parts or service info.
