With panels weighing up to 18 tonnes and a crane operating with 52 tonnes of counterweight, every lift demanded precision, planning and expert coordination from the team!

As we close out the month, we look back at a Stand Out Project!
Introducing our Project Showcase: Anzac Parade Retail Precinct

Premier Building & Construction proudly designed and constructed a 9,668m² bulky goods retail precinct, transforming a 2.4-hectare site into a modern and highly functional commercial hub.

The development included seven large-scale retail tenancies, more than 200 car spaces, and a dedicated rear truck loading zone designed to improve accessibility and operational efficiency for retailers and customers alike.

A key feature of the project was the striking Anzac Parade frontage, incorporating performance glazing to maximise natural light and create a modern, welcoming retail environment. A continuous awning across the precinct also provides seamless all-weather pedestrian access throughout the site.

Despite the scale and complexity of the development, the project was delivered months ahead of schedule, a reflection of strong planning, collaboration, and efficient project delivery by the PBC team.

The commercial appliances are in at Westmont Stage 2 👊🏼

At PBC, we’re proud to deliver functional, high-quality community spaces, including fully equipped commercial kitchens like the newly completed kitchen within the Westmont Stage 2 Activity Centre in Baranduda.

Last week, seeing the Westmont team officially move into the space and fire up the kitchen was pretty special. Even better, they treated our onsite crew to brisket rolls as a thank you, the team were very grateful! (And they were delicious, we didn’t even get chance to take a photo they were that good!)😊

Projects like this are about more than construction. They’re about creating places where people connect, share meals, build community and feel at home.

All happening 👊🏼

The second structural steel delivery has arrived, steel standing is now underway, framing continues to move along, and yesterday saw some fresh red concrete poured onsite.

A great effort by Keegan, Webby and Kai, who have done an outstanding job coordinating and setting out the structural steel. With measurements taken from existing site structures, everything has been installed seamlessly and without issue, a testament to the team’s precision and planning.

Strong momentum across the project as this future-focused space continues to take shape.

Premier Building & Construction is proud to have delivered this important community housing project in Wangaratta, VIC for BeyondHousing, providing 16 modern dwellings and 16 carports designed to support safe, functional and high-quality living outcomes.

Delivered across a thoughtfully planned residential site, the project showcases PBC’s capability in delivering multi-residential and community-focused developments with a strong emphasis on quality, collaboration and long-term durability.

From early site works through to final handover, our team worked closely with Beyond Housing and project stakeholders to ensure the development achieved both functional and community outcomes, creating modern homes designed to positively support residents for years to come.

One year on, and the impact of the Wodonga Education First Youth Foyer continues to grow. 🌿

Last Friday, was incredibly proud to attend the Youth Foyer’s 1st Birthday Celebration, a milestone marked by stories of growth, resilience, connection, and hope.

As part of the celebration, we joined project partners, residents, and stakeholders in planting a native tree, a symbolic gesture representing strength, growth, and the future that continues to flourish within these walls.

Designed and constructed by PBC, the Wodonga Youth Foyer was created to be far more than just a building. It was built to provide stability, opportunity, education, and a sense of belonging for young people in our region.

Hearing firsthand how this project has positively changed lives over the past 12 months is exactly why projects like this matter. There was not a dry eye in the room! 🥹🙏🏽

We are deeply grateful to have played a role in delivering a project with such lasting social impact alongside Beyond Housing, , , Brotherhood of St Laurence, Homes Victoria, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

🏆 At the 2025 Master Builders Victoria Northern Regional Building Awards, the Wodonga Youth Foyer was recognised with the award for Best Commercial Project ($6M–$20M), an honour that reflects the incredible collaboration behind this transformative development.

To see this space now thriving with connection, support, and opportunity is something our team will always be proud of.

Each precast panel installation is a carefully coordinated process, taking approximately 20 minutes to lift, position and secure into place safely and accurately onsite.

With the support of the legends at , another key stage of the build continues to come together as the structure rises above the Albury skyline.
