The sports flooring is now fully installed, with line-marking taped out and completed today. 👌

Another exciting milestone as these facilities take shape, bringing us one step closer to a space where students can play, compete, build friendships and make memories.

While much of our work today focuses on commercial and industrial construction, every now and again, we get the opportunity to deliver something a little different, and Lexington Place is a great example.

Goodbye Mr Crane…
A big moment at Dean Street. 👊🏼🏗️

Yesterday, our large crane came down, marking another significant milestone as the project continues to move towards completion.

After months of lifting precast panels, materials and equipment across the site, it’s strange to see the skyline without it.

A lot has happened since that crane first went up.
And there’s still plenty to come…. And so the countdown begins!

Lots happening at Albury High School - NSW DoE 👊🏼

The project is really starting to come together, with all cladding now complete, security gates and shutters installed, galvanised downpipe covers in place and external works now underway.

We’re getting closer and closer to the finish line for this fitness hub project, not long now!

And with daylight saving officially kicking off today, the longer evenings are here. ☀️

NSW might be enjoying a long weekend and another week of school holidays, but here in Victoria, the school holidays are finishing up and the Premier Building Construction team are ready for another big week.

There’s a little bit of AFL history behind the name PBC.

With the footy season now over and the Brisbane Lions 🦁 secured their third consecutive Premiership, it felt like the perfect time to share a little piece of PBC’s own sporting connection. 🏆

Premier Building & Construction was founded in 2006, following the Sydney Swans’ memorable 2005 Premiership.

PBC owner Anthony Baker is a passionate Sydney Swans supporter, and when the company was established, the full name was quickly shortened, just as Aussies tend to do 😅

Premier Building & Construction became PBC.
The name stuck, and more than 20 years later, we’ve well and truly embraced it.

It’s now part of who we are, our people, our projects and our place in the regional construction industry.
Footy is part of our story! 🏉

Grand Final Weekend is here! 🏉

We’ll be taking a well-earned day off tomorrow as we close the PBC office for the Grand Final Weekend public holiday.

And while there’s a pretty strong Sydney Swans connection behind the name Premier… we’ll put that aside for the weekend. 😉

To all the Brisbane Lions and Fremantle Dockers supporters, enjoy the big one…. May the best team on the day get it done. 🏆

All action at Dean Street today. 👊🏼🏗️

A big lift onsite as three condenser unit skids made their way up to the plant deck.

Two bays of five units and one bay of four, with each skid weighing approximately 1.7 tonnes.

A lift like this takes careful planning, coordination and precision, with the crane team and mechanical team working together to get each unit safely into position.

Mann Central is starting to take shape. 👊🏼

The first concrete slab is down, new block walls are going in and services rough-ins have been completed in the amenities.

Plenty happening across site as the project continues to move forward and the vision for Mann Central starts to become a little more visible.
