Big job undertaken this week as we done a cosmetic make over for a client that is wanting to sell his house in Hazlebrook, Blue Mountains.

Jobs done:

- Replaced all locks on doors as all keys were lost.
- Replaced Laundry and Garage doors.
- Removed old rotted Deck out the back and replaced with new 90mm wide decking boards to give it a fresh look finished of with railing around the perimeter and gate with locked latch for child safety and general security.
- Front gutters and fascia boards replaced as it was run down with rust and rot. Replacing these things prevent water from rotting the house from the inside out.
- inside we changed the old toilet as it was run down and leaking .

All round , the jobs completed has definitely made a huge difference to the house and adds immediate value to the property.

Last week of the 2025-2026 financial year started off with a big job digging out 200mm of top soil, dirt and grass before back filling with crusher dust then laying "Augusta" synthetic grass over the base to give the yard a more flat surface level with the existing concrete foot path. Considering the wet weather and mud the guys done a great job to get it looking nice for the client.

Been a while since we've posted . This job was done for a client that had dogs and just wanted to tidy up their yard abit, the end result is they were over the moon with the transformation and the dogs were playing around on the grass straight away. Job well done .
