Well after going back to school last week, Aaron and I have completed the Bpec Level 3 ASHP training, in readiness for the changes to the installation of central heating system for new build projects as from 2025

Apparently no gas boilers can be fitted within new builds as from 2025, now for a registered CORGI, the Gas Safe Register engineer for the past 35 years, the changes do stick in the throat a little (and I do intend to sit my 8th Gas exams later this year before my current 5 years expire 😐). But Bakers Plumbing need to stay in front of the game meeting the demands of modern heating and hot water requirements etc 💪

What with 2023 coming to the end, it gives me great pride to see how our Josh is coming along, Josh is currently serving out the last year of his 4 year apprenticeship and whilst he is now a fully qualified Plumber ...... I'll consider Josh to be the finished article once he's a qualified Gas Safe Engineer ..... Working under the watchful eye of our Aaron, the college assessor paid 2 visits whilst the new boiler / controls etc were installed ...... 2024 will see Josh add Gas Safe to his qualifications, keep it up Josh, your developing into a damn fine addition to our great trade 💪💪💪
