This fuse was still passing current through.. We were called to a house that had lights flickering and appliances that were showing error codes.
We found this high resistance join in a barge fuse assembly. It was causing under-voltage.
We replaced the fuse and cleaned up the fuse holder.
We were getting 240V again, however we recommended a barge fuse assembly replacement as this is likely to happen again.

MCP Electrical were called to a home where the air conditioning kept tripping during the hottest part of the day.

After investigating, we found a hot joint and a faulty circuit breaker causing the issue.

The circuit breaker was replaced, the wiring repaired, and the circuit tested to ensure everything was operating safely.

The air conditioning was back on and running properly, and the client was very happy to have their cooling restored.
