Got a call today from an old fella in Croydon about a couple of lights that weren't working.

When he heard my call-out fee, he quickly said he'd just have to live with it because he was on a pension and couldn't afford it.

I told him not to stress and that I'd swing by for a chat and a quick look. Turns out all it needed was two new LED globes. Five minutes later I was back on the road.

Not every job is about the invoice.
