Axiom is proud to have designed, fabricated, delivered and certified the balustrade and screening systems on St Clair - Habitat's landmark $220M waterfront development on the Sunshine Coast.

Comprising two eight-storey towers and 200 luxury apartments overlooking Lake Kawana, St Clair sets a new benchmark for resort-style living on the Coast. From initial design through to compliant, certified installation, our team managed the full scope in-house — delivering balustrade and screening solutions that complement the architectural vision while meeting every safety and certification standard.

🏗️ Project Profile: MVRC – Moonee Valley Racecourse Precinct
