Customer needed a facelift for this beautiful home before sale. They were unsure which colour would be the most appealing to capture the majority of buyers. I suggested Alabaster by Resene. After doing a demo room to reassure them, they were totally convinced and needless to say over the moon. They were ok with showing before and after photos but only after the sale.

Customer was unsure about what colour scheme to go with but for me it was a no brainer. There were limited options because of the brown brick and black windows. After a few discussions and a demo… which I always do, we agreed on the final colour scheme. Colorbond Surfmist and Dune for the win.

I individually and painstakingly matched every white to do touch ups in this penthouse. There was 6 people residing and using the space, they needed minimal interruption. Extensive plaster repairs were done on all ceilings. I just took my time and the client had minimal interruptions.

A lot of times I don’t have much space, so a 15 litre drum is the best option. Colour is pink prose.

Client removed a lot of old lights and upgraded to downlights. I cannot emphasise how important of an upgrade new lighting is. This job required my plastering skills, for hole and crack repairs. Ceiling finished in Qld builders white and walls were colour matched.

Major plaster repairs after sprinkler system upgrades. This one required a lot of patience to navigate tenant traffic and make sure nothing gets damaged. All in a days work.
