Large-scale storage dome build 🏗️

Installation of a large-scale storage dome completed by our team on an active industrial site.

Scope included the construction of concrete footings for structural anchoring, positioning and securing of sea containers, and full assembly of the dome structure.

A practical and durable storage solution delivered through coordinated civil and installation works.

Celebrating a six year milestone for Ryan Magee with IFM Group.

In his role as Site Manager, Ryan is a consistent and reliable presence on site, known for his strong leadership and commitment to delivering work to a high standard, regardless of the challenge. He leads from the front, supports those around him, and builds solid working relationships with both the team and our clients across the sites we operate on.

His approach, work ethic and leadership reflect the standard we aim to deliver across our projects.

Amenities Refurbishment

Our building team recently completed a full strip-out and renovation of female bathroom amenities at a client’s industrial site, delivering a refreshed and more functional space for daily use.

Rope access in action: the best office there is.

Recent downpipe repairs for our client were completed at height via rope access, a safe and efficient solution for restricted access areas where EWP or scaffolding isn’t an option. Ocean views as a bonus (for those brave enough to look) 🫣

Waste Management Upgrade

Our latest plumbing works saw the installation of a new waste chute system, delivering a durable and efficient upgrade to site waste management.

Through detailed planning and coordination, the chute was installed seamlessly, supporting safer practices and reliable operations for our client.

This project, like all our works, was delivered with IFM’s multi-trade expertise.

This past month, our teams were active across multiple sites, delivering building services and civil works, plumbing and water infrastructure, electrical projects, hazardous waste management, and general site maintenance. It was a busy end to winter, and we’re carrying that momentum into spring.

Our electrical team recently completed works to replace existing light poles and install new units across site. The photos show part of the process, including the safe removal of older poles and the installation and wiring of the replacements.

These upgrades improve lighting coverage across the facility, strengthen site safety, support more efficient operations for our client, and reduce costs through energy-efficient LED technology.
