LMR Approval! We’re pleased to share that our boutique apartment building in Bellevue Hill has recently received approval, delivering significant uplift under the Low to Mid Rise Housing reforms.

Our design responds to the established character of the street with a finely detailed brick podium that anchors the building to its context, while the upper levels are recessed and articulated with soft curves, generous planting, and expansive glazing.

The result is a refined residential building that increases housing supply while maintaining a strong sense of place, privacy, and architectural restraint.

Our recently lodged design for a new coastal home in Maroubra celebrates the ease of poolside living. The architecture opens generously to a resort-style pool and outdoor entertaining spaces, creating a seamless flow between indoors and out.

Expansive glazing, sun-washed terraces, and carefully framed outlooks capture natural light while responding to the coastal environment. Every space is oriented to embrace warm sea breezes, long afternoons by the water, and the relaxed rhythm of coastal life.
