There is something incredibly satisfying about watching a vision come to life. This concept perfectly captures the architectural heartbeat of the Merricks Beach House living zone.

The Galley Kitchen: Sleek, functional, and tucked neatly under a plaster bulkhead, creating an intimate, anchored feeling for the chef.

The High-Loft Pavilion: Right next to it, the zone completely opens up. Soaring ceilings and massive floor-to-ceiling windows wash the entire family and dining spaces in beautiful, natural light.

It is an understatement to see this amazing new home make a start 🔨, after planning, VCAT and as many hurdles as you could imagine this amazing new farm house 🏡 is about to commence construction.

We are finalizing interior selections as we speak and contracts / permits will be ready ASAP. Giddy up and well done to our clients who have stayed strong through he process it will definitely be worth it. 🏍
