As part of the recent Wizard Pharmacy Head Office refurbishment in Booragoon, Alldin also delivered a complete upgrade of the staff amenities.

The refreshed bathrooms bring together clean white finishes, warm timber-look cabinetry, stone-look benchtops, curved mirrors and brushed brass details to create a space that feels considered, practical and consistent with the wider workplace design.

Because a commercial refurbishment isn’t only about the reception, meeting rooms or workstations — the spaces used by the team every day matter too.

A small part of the overall project, but a great example of how thoughtful finishes can completely change the feel of a space.

Edith Cowan University (ECU) Joondalup | Building 2 & 31 Refurbishment

A fresh new look for learning and collaboration spaces at Edith Cowan University’s Joondalup campus.

Alldin recently delivered refurbishment works across Buildings 2 and 31, transforming a range of teaching and shared spaces with a clean, contemporary finish. The project scope included demolition and construction works, glazing, flooring, ceilings, painting, electrical and mechanical upgrades, along with AV works.

The result is a brighter, more functional environment featuring refreshed teaching rooms, extensive glazed partitions, upgraded finishes and flexible spaces designed to support the way students and staff use the campus.

Projects like this are a great example of the coordination required to bring multiple trades and services together while delivering within an active education environment.

A big shoutout to James this week 👏

If you haven’t met him yet, this is James Lovett, one of Alldin’s Contract Administrators.

James works behind the scenes helping keep projects organised, documented and moving forward — from coordinating project information and paperwork through to supporting the wider delivery team with all the detail that goes into a commercial job.

He’s also had an exceptional week, so we wanted to take a moment to recognise the effort, attitude and attention to detail he brings to the team.

Hoarding doesn’t always sit outside a tenancy.
At the Home Group Perth showroom on Murray Street, Alldin installed approximately 33.7 metres of 2.7m-high engineered Lomax hoarding to create a secure separation through the internal showroom environment.

Finished in clean white melamine, the system was designed to sit comfortably within the existing space while keeping the work area clearly separated.

The installation also incorporated secure double-door access with a digital lock, along with a separate access door to the ramp area — allowing the space behind the hoarding to remain practical and accessible throughout the works.

It’s a good example of what commercial hoarding needs to do in a finished environment:

Separate the works.
Maintain access.
Protect the surrounding space.
And still look considered from the customer side.

Ahead of the MECCA grand opening last week at Forrest Chase in the Perth C*D, the Alldin team was on site early to remove 54 metres of external-rated hoarding, clear the area and leave the frontage presentation-ready before opening.

4:00am start. Site cleared by 6:30am.

In a live retail environment, there’s no room for delays. The job needs to be coordinated, completed safely and cleaned down before customers arrive.
