Bayliss Engineering Group is looking for an experienced Leading Hand / Supervisor Electrician to join our growing team in Perth.

We’re looking for the electrician that others naturally turn to — someone who can lead a crew, read the drawings, plan ahead, solve problems and still get on the tools when required.

💰 $58–$65/hr + Super
🚙 Company vehicle provided

You’ll work across technically interesting commercial projects with local and national builders with an emphasis on delivering quality, safely.

With owners now moved in, we are excited to unveil Western Australia’s first flatiron-inspirted building in it’s final form.

A striking silhoutte. Handcrafted brickwork. Intricate detailing rarely seen in contemporary high rise construction. Every angle has been carefully considered to create a building designed to endure.

Electrical, Communications, Fire, Access Control, CCTV, MATV and Intercom completed under the Bayliss Engineering Group scope.

Proud to showcase the completion of the EBOS healthcare facility in Hazelmere, WA.

Bayliss Engineering Group designed and delivered the electrical, communications and critical power infrastructure for this state of the art pharmaceutical centre, designed to support cold-chain integrity and ensure operational continuity.

Key features include:
⚡️ Dual parallel building main switchboards with high-interface load management, load shedding, energy monitoring and automatic switching capability.
🔋 2N redundant UPS and 80kwh battery backup systems for critical services.
🔌 Intwgrated load management and remote energy monitoring.
🚨 Emergency safety systems
💡High efficiency lighting with daylight harvesting controls
☀️ Solar PV system with integration
🌩️ 3000LPS Erico lightning protection system designed to protect the building and installation from strikes.

Wallis Drilling HQ in Hazelmere successfully delivered and handed over for

The development consisted of the full electrical and communications infrastructure for 5x warehouses with hard stands, laydown areas and multi-storey offices.

With in-house value engineering, we were able to complete a full design optimisation to provide a $300,000.00 cost saving for the client.

Last month we celebrated the successful handover of the Edith Cowan University (ECU) Yanchep Health Centre, delivered in partnership with Renascent.
This two-level facility supports both the growing Yanchep community and ECU students, providing a modern, future-focused healthcare environment.
Our scope included:
• Construction of the new building
• Carpark and external lighting
• Microprocessor-controlled C-Bus / DALI lighting systems
• Energy-efficient installations
• Integrated monitored emergency lighting and communications systems linked back to ECU’s existing infrastructure
