25 years of JW Proctor Builder

It’s no April Fool’s joke - today really is JW Proctor Builder’s 25th birthday.

When we started it was just John and a second hand ute. Today we are a team of 4 - John, our son Lachlan and our apprentices Ethan & Tom. Over the years John has helped train many apprentices - some from day 1 of their apprenticeships and others in their final years as they mastered their carpentry skills. Some of these boys are now running their own successful businesses and we couldn’t be more proud.

The photos we are sharing are really just a snippet of what JW Proctor has done over the years. From small bathroom renovations to major residential renovations and extensions to new builds (both big and small) , commercial renovations and most recently a farmhouse and barn.

We wouldn’t be here today without our dedicated sub contractors many of whom have been here from the start and we are eternally grateful to them.

Good evening everyone,
We are seeking a qualified tradesman on a full-time basis to come join our team at J W Proctor Builder, a great family owned and run business.
This position is for an experienced residential and commercial carpenter with an understanding of all aspects of the building trade, and an eye for detail.
You will require your own tools, reliable vehicle and must be able to work well as a team member and unsupervised.
