Inman Valley Project

Another project delivered for Lloyd Building Solutions, completing the civil and earthworks package in preparation for this new build.

Scope of works included:

◽️ Site clearing following demolition
◽️ Site cut & fill
◽️ Import and placement of 300t of PM2/20
◽️ Raft slab footing excavation
◽️ Common service trench to service the new building

A solid amount of groundwork went into getting this site prepared and ready for the next stage of construction, while also providing improved site access for all trades throughout the build process.

Another retaining wall completed at Mannum Waters.

Scope included:
◽️ Retaining wall integrated into the existing structural steel.
◽️ 110T PM2/20 brought in and placed for concrete preparation.
◽️ 180m³ of spoil excavated and removed.
◽️ Complete stormwater connection and installation.
