Little helping hands & a Blue Boulder 💙

Recently, we had some little rockin’ friends come out to help us paint one of our boulders blue.
It’s our take on creating something big, visible, and impossible to ignore — to raise awareness for mental health.

This rock isn’t just blue.
It’s a reminder.

A reminder that mental health matters.
That some days are heavy.
And that talking about it can save lives.

We painted this Big Blue Rock as our way of saying:
you’re not alone.

If today feels like a lot, that’s okay.
