Problem water. Quality solution. 💧🔧

This customer was experiencing their showers turning a blue/green colour, caused by acidic water conditions.

We installed a Whole House Calcite Water Filter from Filter Systems Australia to help raise the water pH from acidic towards neutral and protect the plumbing system.

The install included:
• Removing a section of wall to gain access to the existing water pipe
• Drilling and securing brackets to mount the filtration system to the external wall
• Installing two backwash lines
• Installing all required isolation valves and pipework
• Completing the installation neatly in copper

Our customer had 900kPa mains pressure, so we installed a pressure reduction valve (PRV) and set the system to 500kPa.

Keeping household water pressure at a safe level helps protect your taps, toilets, flexi hoses, appliances, hot water systems and other plumbing fixtures from excessive pressure, reducing the risk of leaks and premature failures.

A small upgrade that can help protect the whole plumbing system. 🔧💧

Shearing Shed Amenities 🐑🚽

The customer wanted to add some much-needed amenities to their shearing shed, including a toilet and wash tub.

We organised and installed a new septic tank, new transpiration beds and new water pipework to service the amenities.

Now they’ve got a proper spot to use the toilet and wash up after a big day shearing the sheep. 😂🐑

Upstairs Amenities Upgrade 🔧🚿

Another job underway for a company whose staff work away from home, getting their upstairs amenities ready to go.

We installed a new PVC pipe along with new copper hot and cold water lines, ready for the new amenities.

Toilet, shower and basin to be installed, with the final touches now being completed — patching around the core holes and finishing the fit-off.

💧 Rain reveals the problems you can’t always see…

After the recent rain, we were called out to a retirement village where one of the rooms had developed a damp floor.

We opened up the wall to investigate and found the issue — a downpipe that wasn’t properly secured into the pop, with the pipe connection into the ground also not glued correctly.

🔧 Removed the faulty pipework
🔧 Installed new downpipe pipework
🔧 Secured and sealed all connections
🔧 Sealed everything up to prevent any further leaks

Another leak found, repaired and sorted properly. 💦

Customer needed their shed stormwater connected to meet council requirements and receive final sign-off, so we took care of the entire process from start to finish.

✅ Organised the Section 68 approval

🚧 Another sewer problem solved. 💧

This client’s sewer kept blocking, so we carried out a CCTV drain inspection to find the cause. The camera revealed a collapsed section of sewer pipe underground.

We excavated the affected area, removed the damaged pipe, and replaced it with new PVC. After testing the line to ensure everything was flowing perfectly, we backfilled with sand, reinstated the blue metal stone to the driveway, and even topped up the garden bed with fresh black bark—leaving the property looking as good as when we arrived.
