🎤 WHAT A NIGHT! 🎶

A huge thank you to the organisers, performers, volunteers and everyone involved in Wagga Wagga Takes 2 for putting on another fantastic event!

ICG Group is incredibly proud to sponsor an initiative that brings our community together for a brilliant night of entertainment, while raising much-needed funds for so many worthy local charities. ❤️

Our team had an absolute ball — and Adam Thompson from Chocolate Starfish certainly knew how to get the crowd going! 🎸🔥

There was even a little extra excitement at the auction, with one of the ICG team successfully bidding on the Bathurst package. Safe to say, they’re already VERY excited about that one! 🏁🏎️

Congratulations to everyone who took to the stage, supported a contestant, donated, bid or helped make the night happen. A fantastic event, a fantastic cause and a great example of the Wagga community doing what it does best.

At ICG Group, we’re committed to creating opportunities for the women in our team to connect, learn and grow within the construction industry.

Some of our team attended the NAWIC NSW Regional Lunch with a Leader, hearing from industry leaders Katie Malvaso and Emma Eveleigh.

Events like this give our people the chance to step outside the day-to-day, build their networks and hear from women who have forged successful careers across construction, engineering and major projects.

We’re proud to support the women across ICG Group and to keep investing in opportunities that help them build strong, rewarding careers in our industry.

We’re growing and we're looking for a Project Manager who knows how to run a job, enjoys being part of a strong team and wants to build some genuinely great projects across the Riverina. Design experience would be fantastic, but not essential.

Looking out for our mates 💙

Across the ICG Group, we’re proud to now have 20 trained MATES in Construction Connectors across our project sites and Offices.

Our Connectors are team members who have volunteered to undertake training so they can recognise when someone may be struggling, start a conversation, and help connect them with the right support.

We want to acknowledge each of our Connectors for putting their hand up and making themselves available to support their workmates when they need it.

It’s another important part of creating a workplace where we genuinely look out for our mates — because sometimes a simple conversation can make a real difference.

We’re proud to Fly the Flag for MATES in Construction and recognise the importance of looking out for one another in our industry.

Across the ICG Group, we’re fortunate to have trained MATES Connectors who are available to provide support, start a conversation and help connect our people with the right assistance when they need it.

Fly the Flag Day is a great reminder that looking after our mates is everyone’s business. Sometimes a simple check-in and asking “Are you okay?” can make a real difference.

We’re proud of our Connectors and everyone who helps create a workplace where people feel supported and comfortable speaking up.

ICG were fortunate to have Dr Joe McGirr MP visit Camp Kurrajong today to see the Scouts NSW project coming to life.

It was great to show Dr Joe around site and share the progress being made on this exciting redevelopment for Scouts NSW and the wider Riverina community.

The redevelopment will transform Camp Kurrajong into a modern and accessible activity centre, including a new multi-purpose hall, accommodation block and upgraded activity areas.

ICG is proud to be delivering a facility that will provide Scouts from across the Riverina and beyond with a great place to learn, connect and enjoy the outdoors for many years to come.

A great night celebrating our team and the best of Wagga Wagga business! 🥂

We were incredibly proud to attend the 2026 Golden Crow Awards as a finalist for Employer of Choice (21+ Employees).

Being recognised in this category means a lot to us. ICG has always placed a strong focus on our people, our culture and creating opportunities for our team to grow – so being named among the finalists is something worth celebrating.

It was a fantastic night spent with some of our team, and some of the Opening Doors Foundation team, recognising the businesses and people doing great things across Wagga Wagga and the Riverina.

Congratulations to all the winners and finalists, and to the Wagga Wagga Business Chamber for putting together a brilliant night.

Building the future starts by creating opportunities for young people.

It was great to be part of the NSW Department of Education's Post School Career Pathways Evening last night, speaking with students and their families about the many opportunities available in the construction industry.

At ICG, we're passionate about investing in the next generation. Whether it's apprenticeships, cadetships or work experience, we're committed to helping young people find a career they'll enjoy while contributing to projects that make a real difference in our communities.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand to ask questions, explore their options and learn more about what a career in construction can offer. We look forward to welcoming many of these future tradespeople, construction professionals and industry leaders into the industry in the years ahead.
