Tile selection day!

Danielle popped in to see Beth at to lock in tile selections for a few of our upcoming projects.

Choosing tiles in person makes all the difference. You can see the colour in real light, feel the texture and lay samples side by side. And having Beth's local know-how right here in Wagga makes it easy.

We love supporting Wagga businesses, and Riverina Terrazzo is one of our favourite go-tos.

Land in similar proportions as shown here is available for sale in Stage 10 at Lloyd Heights right now. We've based the northern orientation on Lot 1039.

One of the hardest things for families building at the moment is working out where costs actually sit. The dream might be four bedrooms and two living areas, but if that's a stretch right now, it doesn't mean you have to settle.

This sketch here shows an example of a spacious three bedroom home that opens right up to the north with a big backyard. It would live beautifully just as it is. But it's also built to grow.

The rear room added can start as a flexible guest room and rumpus combined, and down the track, if you need it, there's room on the site to add a fourth bedroom.

Sometimes building now means being a bit adaptable about what you start with rather than giving up on the dream and staging it instead. We would be happy to talk through how this could work for you on your block.

Our Katarah duplex delivered two new homes, and both were sold before handover. Here's a first look at how they turned out.

Missed out this time? We're building two similar new homes in Lloyd. One is already sold, but the second is still available to make your own. It's currently going through council approval (DA), which means if you get in now, you can make all your own selections.
