HomeSpec - Property Inspections & Carpentry services - is a new locally-owned and operated business servicing the Riverina. However, we are not at all new to the building industry.
Brad has worked in the building trade for more than 25 years including operating his own building company which specialised in high-end renovations and extensions, including architectural heritage works.
Over nearly three decades working across Australia, Brad has built extensive knowledge and experience in residential construction, commercial construction and more recently in the insurance repair industry as an Estimator/Building Coordinator, conducting thorough housing inspections, arranging trades, and overseeing and carrying out repairs following insurance claims.

We have total insurance coverage including professional indemnity Insurance, public liability insurance for carpentry and property inspections, as well as accident and sickness insurance.
