An incredible evening celebrating the outstanding women shaping the construction industry at the NAWIC Awards for Excellence 2026. ✨

We are incredibly proud to have had five PattCon team members recognised as finalists across five different award categories. A testament to the talent, dedication and passion within our team.

A special congratulations to Annalise Thurlow on taking home the Emerging Talent – Office Professional Award. An amazing achievement and well-deserved recognition of her contribution to both PattCon and the industry.

Congratulations to all the finalists and winners who continue to inspire and raise the bar across the construction sector.

Thank you to NAWIC NT for hosting another fantastic evening. We look forward to continuing to support and celebrate women making a difference in our industry. 🩷

Supporting our local community is something we're passionate about, which is why we were proud to sponsor the 2026 Territory Power Solutions Charity Golf Day. ⛳️

Well done to the TPS team on another fantastic event—we're grateful to be part of it! Here's to next year 🍻

🎉 Congratulations on 10 Years, Kerry! 🎉

Yesterday we celebrated an incredible milestone—10 years with PattCon.

Kerry's journey has been one of growth, dedication and commitment. Starting as PattCon's very first Project Officer, she has grown alongside the company and now leads our Project Management Office as PMO Manager.
Over the past decade, Kerry has been instrumental in building the systems, processes and standards that help keep our projects running smoothly. Her knowledge, leadership and unwavering commitment have made a lasting impact on our team, our clients and the continued success of PattCon.

Thank you, Kerry, for your hard work, loyalty and the positive influence you've had over the last 10 years. We are incredibly proud to celebrate this milestone with you and can't wait to see what the future holds.

Here's to 10 amazing years—and many more to come! 🧡👏
