NOW HIRING | Hydroseeder Operator / HR Driver
Join the Spraygrass team and be part of B&K Group Australia – a group of companies delivering large-scale environmental and civil projects across NSW and QLD.
We’re looking for skilled HR truck drivers who are also hands-on operators – confident driving, loading, mixing and assisting in hydromulch and hydroseeding operations on projects across Sydney and Regional NSW.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy being outdoors, and value teamwork — we’d love to hear from you.
✅ The successful applicant will need:

✅ Current HR licence and Construction

✅ White Card

✅ 3+ years’ HR driving and/or hydromulch or hydroseeding experience

✅ Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work

✅ Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to travel when required

✅ Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality results

Attention skilled truck drivers and Hydroseeder operators! ➡️ Spraygrass are on the hunt for an experienced truck driver to operate our fleet of hydroseeders, delivering revegetation and erosion control scope on large-scale civil construction and mine site rehabilitation projects across NSW.

5+ years of experience in truck driving (HR or HC) and/or operating hydroseeders is a requirement for the role, as well as a White Card, and the ability to operate loading equipment and a mounted canon and hose during applications.

Spraygrass® Landscapes Australia Pty Ltd was the first company in Australia to begin the commercial use of Hydromulching.

Over the years the years Spraygrass Landscapes Australia Pty Ltd has tried, tested and used many products from around Australia and the world.

Spraygrass® now uses Australian made Hydromulch products supplied by Vital Environment to aid in providing Environmentally and Sustainable outcomes and to Heal the scars of progress and restore Nature.

Hydromulching was recently carried out by Spraygrass Landscapes Australia Pty Ltd on a subdivision in Western Sydney, NSW. A Selected Grass Mix and Fertilizer was used with VE Gro-Matt as supplied by Vital Environment

Spraygrass Landscapes Australia Pty Ltd recently applied VE Gro-Matt Straw Fibre as supplied by Vital Environment to a site in Southern NSW.

A specific Pasture Seed Mix was used as well as some other additives.
