Old subframe was out of H3 timber on the ground which had succumb to rot and deteriorating.

Demolished and replaced with H4 double primed Lowdeck and new Eko deck installed

- Subframe from
- Flame Fighter series in “Sand Dune” from
- 6mm quick clip system from
- joist protection tape from
-Colour matched screws from in 54 warm grey

During demo we realised it would be such a waste to sheet a level ceiling and hide full potential absolute beautiful ceiling, client agreed and went with VJ panneling leaving the beautiful hardwood exposed👌🏼
