Here's a fun fact that isn't actually that fun: most shed problems don't start with the shed. They start underneath it, where nobody's looking.
Footing brackets connect your shed to the slab. Get the cheap option and you're rolling the dice — dyna bolts and looped threaded rod are quick to install, but over time they can crack the concrete around them and corrode from the inside. You won't notice until you see rust stains bleeding through the slab, and by then it's not a quick fix.
We use hot-dipped galvanised brackets on every ShedEx build instead. The steel's dunked in molten zinc, which gives it a coating rated to handle up to 25 years of coastal weather — or up to 50 if you're further inland. That's the Galvanisers Association of Australia's own numbers, not ours.
It costs a little more upfront. It saves you a lot more later. That's the whole argument, really.
