Your front entrance sets the tone before you’ve even stepped inside.

For this custom build, the entry’s all about texture and scale. From the vertical timber batten detailing and bespoke semicircular handle to the clean vertical lighting flanking the door, every element was considered to create a warm, architectural welcome.

This custom double story build in Port Elliot was designed around relaxed coastal living from day one. From the upper balcony oriented for evening sea breezes to the expansive glazing that fills the living zones with natural light, every angle was tailored by our in-house design team.

At ground level, the textured finishes and coastal landscaping with local feature stone tie the home effortlessly into its surroundings. It’s modern, enduring, and built to weather the coast beautifully for decades to come.

A master ensuite should feel like your own private retreat at the end of a long day.

For this custom build in Encounter Bay, our design team worked closely with the family with a focus on balancing clean, contemporary lines with natural warmth. The floating timber vanity softens the large-format grey tiles, while the circular backlit mirror creates subtle ambient lighting for winding down in the evening.

Tucking the freestanding bath by the plantation shutters brings in plenty of soft coastal light while keeping privacy front and centre. It’s the thoughtful layout decisions and quality finishes that turn an everyday bathroom into a space you genuinely love.

Construction Updates:

It’s always incredible to watch a vision become a reality on site.

Across the Fleurieu Peninsula, these are some of our current builds in all different stages.

Our Encounter Bay build is nearly ready for handover. Finishing touches on the interior and driveway are underway. This place has an incredible view and we can’t wait to show you.

Close by in Victor, you can see the patio framed out and ready for a Vergola to be installed as a smooth indoor/outdoor living area.

Middleton is currently bricked for a stone feature and the front of this home is waiting for the facade. It’s going to be an amazing family home in a prime central location.

Finally, we have a new job in Chiton and very excitedly, the footings are dug ready for underfloor plumbing and steel reo. The block backs onto the reserve and we’re excited to continue showing you this one from the ground up.

It takes a lot of vision to look at a vacant site and see a stunning custom home, which is why our in-house design process is so important. We’re here to guide you through every single step.
