We love it when it all comes together! We recently built a new Double Carport for our client in Runaway Bay and it looks sensational.

Characterised by a prominent and sleek flat roof, this stylish new carport accurately complements the home’s existing design. The secure double carport structure has a discreet guttering system, a panelled automatic garage door and a matching gatehouse entry. Both the double carport and gatehouse entry are fitted with LED downlights and insulated roofing.

The overall geometric design of the double carport and rendered brick fence looks fantastic from the street, particularly with the colours and finishing options matching the home.

We recently completed the construction of two matching carports for a set of duplex townhouses in Biggera Waters.

A significant aspect of this project was matching the carports to the existing homes’ aesthetics. We carefully selected colours and materials to ensure a perfect match. The result is a pair of carports that look like they were part of the original design of the homes, rather than an afterthought.

In addition to the carports, we also constructed matching rendered fences and pedestrian entry gates. These not only enhance the security and privacy of the homes, but also add to the cohesive look of the entire property.

The double carports provide ample space for vehicle parking and storage, ensuring the homeowners have a large, sheltered area that is both functional and stylish. The integration of LED lighting inside the carports further enhances their usability and safety, providing well-lit spaces that are convenient for nighttime use.

We recently built a brand new Patio and Deck for our client in Burleigh Waters and the results are excellent. Staying true to their selected Palm Springs inspired style – we built a high gable roof patio that creates a very large, open and protected outdoor entertaining area. We built the patio as a fly-over structure, meaning minimal impact on the existing home and optimal use of the space.

Using whites and finished timber, the project looks perfect when paired with the neat cacti and succulent garden adjacent to the patio.

Carport, Gate and Fence at Robina ☀️

A while back, we added a new Carport, Fence and Gate Entry to our client’s home in Robina.

We built a secure double carport with an electric roller door, rendered brick fencing and a matching lockable pedestrian gate entry. The end product has provided additional privacy and security, while also adding an aesthetically pleasing “face-lift” to the home.

When a new Carport or Patio is added to a home, we believe it’s essential to ensure the new structure matches the design and does not look like an afterthought. This involves careful material selection and matching as well as design and finishing considerations. We have mastered this process and it can be seen in the work we do.
