When you booked with us, we sent our terms of service and preparation advice via email to you.

If your booking falls on a rain day we still come to complete the internal component, because that is 3/4 of the service and you have prepared the internal ready for our visit.

When the sun returns and the ground is dry, the office will be in touch to schedule the external service. This is free of charge to you!

☔️🥾We wear disposable boot covers over our work boots so your floors stay clean and we're still working safely.

A Termite Preventive System around your home, should be renewed (replenished) every 3-5 years, if it's a chemical install and yearly if a Bait & Monitor install.

Preventive Renewal is for a Termite System that has already been installed around your home or property either by you or a previous homeowner.
These Termite Preventive systems are often either termite monitoring (bait stations) which are in the garden or concrete or a chemical treated zone (plug holes or mortar holes) close to the walls of your home.

Termite preventive system installs need renewing to stay “Active” against termite activity.

Just because a chemical label says it last up to 8 years doesn't mean it does. A lot depends on termite pressure, the design of your home and moisture around the home, as to how well the product may fair or break down.

This is why yearly Termite Inspections are recommended (at minimum) for the the Timber Pest Inspector to assess and recommend to you.

Simply put if they aren’t renewed (maintained) then they are inactive and rendered useless or less effective. This is a shame as you could have the best prevention available already installed around your home, not working.
