🚜 DRIVEWAY UPGRADE | EARTHWORKS COMPLETE!

A big transformation for these clients with a 280m+ driveway getting a much-needed upgrade! 🔥

We marked out and cut in the new car park area, stripping away the existing grass and peeling back the centre section of the driveway to get everything shaped, level and ready for a fresh base.

From there, we laid down new road base, giving the driveway a much stronger, cleaner and more usable surface — a massive improvement from where we started! 💪

Another earthworks job done and another driveway brought back to life. 🚜🌱➡️🛣️

THE SHALE S**T SHOW 💀🪨

This job went to s**t pretty quickly once we figured out what was hiding underground…

50 metres of trench — and pretty much the entire bloody thing was HARD shale. 😳

What should’ve been a straightforward trench turned into about 4–4.5 hours of digging just to get the 50 metres open. The E17 was working its arse off all day!

Once we finally got through it, it was time to lay the conduit, pull the orange circ through — all solo — and start getting everything backfilled.

The only problem… shale expands. A LOT. 😂

So what came out definitely wasn’t all going back in the hole. I had to wrap it up with a bit still left to finish, but I’ll be back there anyway to knock over the remaining electrical work and sort the earthworks side of things at the same time.

Not every job goes to plan — sometimes you just have to dig your way through the s**t and get it done. 💪

50m of trench. Hard shale the whole way. Absolute nightmare. But we got it done.

⭐️ Another ripper review from Mick in Macksville! ⭐️

We were stoked to help Mick out with a bunch of electrical jobs he had on the go — from a new appliance installation and removing old satellite dishes, to relocating switches and knocking over all those smaller electrical jobs that can quickly pile up!

Sometimes it’s the little jobs that make the biggest difference, and we were able to get everything sorted quickly, efficiently and with minimal fuss. ⚡️
