This one was all about precision excavation and getting the site ready for landscaping.

The client was experiencing a number of low spots around the property where water would pool after rain, particularly alongside the house. Standing water against foundations is never ideal, so we reworked the levels to create positive fall away from the home and improve surface drainage throughout the yard.

Despite the narrow access down the side of the house, we were able to get in, reshape the site, remove the uneven areas, and leave the block ready for the next stage of landscaping.
