A new Klemm home celebrated with the people who helped bring it to life.

We recently opened the doors at Kingswood for our trades and suppliers, coming together to celebrate the completion of the home and the work, care and dedication that went into it.

Will Frogley from Master Builders SA and Stephen Knight from Housing Industry Association - HIA also joined us for the evening, sharing a few thoughts on the home and the industry we’re proud to be part of.

Designed for downsizing, Kingswood pairs a simpler way of living with the quality materials and details we believe everyone deserves.

There’s always more to a home than what you see.

Last week, we opened the doors at Kingswood to our trades and suppliers who helped bring it to life, gathering to celebrate the home and the people behind it.

Designed for a different way of living, Kingswood considers what downsizing can feel like when there’s no need to compromise on space, materiality or the details that make a home feel unmistakably yours.

For us, these evenings are as much as about the relationships as they are the finished home. The people we work alongside are an integral part of every Klemm project, bringing their expertise, care and craft to the process.

It was also wonderful to have Stephen Knight and Will Frogley from Housing Industry Association - HIA and Master Builders SA join us for the evening. We’re grateful for their support and for taking the time to come along and celebrate Kingswood with us.
