🏡 Welcome Home, Olivia James 🔑
Last week we had the pleasure of handing over this stunning Niche Home to Olivia James and what a beautiful home it is!
Thankyou to Olivia for her testimonial:-
“Building with Niche Homes was such a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, the team was genuinely excited to bring the dream home I had envisioned to life.
Mark, Yvette, Jason, Cathy and the entire Niche team were incredibly proactive, efficient and responsive to every request, question and idea. They were always so quick to turn ideas into action, making what can often feel like an overwhelming process feel seamless and exciting.
Jase and Mark were always just a phone call or email away, taking the time to answer every question I had and address and action any changes along the way. I am so appreciative to have worked with such a supportive, approachable and communicative team. I always felt heard, valued and confident that anything I raised would be taken care of.
I always felt included and informed throughout the entire building journey. Cathy’s regular construction updates quickly became my favourite part of the week! It was so reassuring to know exactly what was happening on site, see the progress being made and know what to expect at each stage of the build.
I am truly so grateful to the entire Niche team for creating the home I had dreamed of. They understood my vision, shared my excitement and went above and beyond to turn that vision into a reality.”
From the natural stone feature walls and soaring ceilings to the statement lighting, polished concrete floors, custom cabinetry and gorgeous curved details, every element has come together to create a home full of character, while still feeling timeless and refined.
The kitchen is an absolute standout, with considered details continuing throughout ~ illuminated mirrors, beautiful stone surfaces, generous storage and a warm, calm and sophisticated palette.
Welcome home. 🏡
