💛 R U OK? DAY 💛
Today is a reminder that a simple question can make a meaningful difference: R U OK?
Mental health is one of the biggest challenges facing people today, and men’s mental health is an especially important conversation. Too often, men can feel pressure to stay strong, keep things to themselves or simply “push through” when life gets tough.
We want our team to know that it’s okay to not be okay, and it’s okay to talk. 💛
Here at JR Plumbing & Gas, we have an open-door policy because we believe looking after each other matters. There is always someone who will take the time to listen, have a conversation and offer support — without judgement.
