Those Class 3 fixings from hardware stores? Fine for a quick job, not fine for a deck that's meant to last. They corrode faster, they weaken faster, and in a few years you're left with rust stains and dodgy joints holding up your deck.

That's why every single job we do runs on Class 4 galvanised fixings, no exceptions. And in high-moisture zones - pools, coastal areas, ground contact, we step it up again to full stainless steel.

It costs more upfront. It saves you a rebuild down the track.

Our longest Cantilevers yet. This driveway had a sewer easement running straight down the side, meaning Sydney Water wouldn't allow a standard pergola footing anywhere near the main line.

The fix? A cantilever design. By offsetting the foundations away from the easement, we still achieved full coverage for multiple cars, without a single post or footing anywhere near that line.

Sometimes the trickiest sites need the smartest engineering, not the standard approach. 💪

Out at we are fabricating our structural cages for our BIGGEST Cantilever yet. A whopping 7x5 metre structure. These are put into the ground to support our Luxe Cantilevers, ensuring structural integrity (better than any kit you can get online).

Out at West Ryde we installed a stunning Riverbank Red Ekodeck composite deck.

We used a clickdeck subframe system with a H4 joist for this one, due to clearances over the concrete slab. We don't cut corners, always adhering to Australian Standards.

"You can just reuse the old subframe"

Putting a composite board with a 25 year warranty on an old subframe is like dropping a Ferrari engine into a 2010 Corolla. The board might be top of the line, but it's only ever going to be as good as what's underneath it.

If the subframe isn't built to standard, that warranty means nothing. Do it right from the ground up 👇
