A moment worth celebrating! After nearly 3 years of late nights of study, we proudly congratulate Hayley for completing her final part of studies to become a qualified Building Designer!

You’ll be seeing a lot more of Hayley’s work on here now - so get excited!

For the past 6 months, Hayley has been working on this very project, which served as her final assessment piece. The challenge? Re-develop a site into a bustling mixed-use, multi-storey building, seamlessly integrating a vibrant cafe, retail, and functional office space.

Nestled on a corner block, Hayley’s design incorporates sun shading options for the eastern facade. Embracing the winter sun, while providing protection against the summer sun.
