Are you an organised, friendly and reliable administrator looking for a part-time role that fits around school hours?

Shields Painting is looking for an Admin Support team member to join our growing business. This is a part-time casual position initially, making it an ideal opportunity for a school-aged mum or someone seeking flexible daytime hours.

About the role:
• Be the first point of contact for the business, answering enquiries from our website and phone calls.
• Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Prepare and send invoices.
• Enter new jobs and update schedules in Tradify.
• Prepare timesheets.
• Complete Xero reconciliations and liaise with our accountants and bookkeeper as required.

What we're looking for:
✔ Experience using Xero (essential).
✔ Knowledge of Tradify is highly regarded, but not essential.
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills.
✔ Friendly, professional and reliable.
✔ A positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed.
