Restoration takes patience, precision and the right approach. 🎨

Here's a look at the next stage of our work on the Commonwealth Bank building in Grafton. We're currently using a Peel Away paint removal system, which is left to work for three days before the old paint can be carefully removed.

It's a meticulous process, with each step needing to be done properly to ensure the existing paint is thoroughly stripped back and the underlying surfaces are ready for the next stage.

There's no rushing quality workmanship, especially when working with a building of this significance. No shortcuts, just the right process from start to finish.

Stay tuned as we continue to share the progress of this beautiful old building.

This heritage property had years of built-up pollution and an existing lead-based paint system that needed to be carefully removed.

The surface has been carefully prepared before applying a Dulux primer followed by a Dulux membrane coating, providing a durable finish while helping protect the building for years to come.
