Three brands. One project.

TDK Corp delivered the refurbishment and expansion of Gateway on the Princes Highway at Fairy Meadow, a $3.6M project completed in October 2025.

The scope covered refurbishing the existing Ford, Mitsubishi and Kia showrooms to each manufacturer's current brand standard, plus a new purpose-built service centre and a stormwater retention tank.

At TDK Corp, our people are everything.

That’s why we are now accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme, administered by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner.

We're the first builder in Wollongong to hold it.

It means our safety systems have been independently audited against the toughest WHS benchmark in the country, on site, by federal assessors, on live projects.

For clients and partners, that's not a logo on a capability statement. It's evidence that the way we plan, sequence and supervise a site holds up under scrutiny before anything goes wrong.

Some buildings are measured in square metres. This one is measured in what it makes possible.

TDK Corp designed and constructed KidsWish House on Willinga Road, Flinders, a $4.6M purpose-built and fully accessible facility for children with disabilities and their families, completed in August 2022.

Inside there's an indoor basketball court, a commercial kitchen, therapy rooms, a music room, offices and an outdoor play area. Every one of those spaces carries a different set of requirements, from acoustic separation for therapy through to accessibility standards that have to work for real kids on a real day, not just satisfy a certifier.

Four years on, it's still one of the projects our team is proudest of.

Each site comes with its own challenges, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

This Woonona site is a tight, narrow block in a busy urban pocket, with rear access limited to a standard ute. It takes careful planning to get materials and equipment where they need to go.

We've just moved past the slab stage, so keep an eye on this one as it starts to take shape.
