Particle board needs about 14 screws/sqm. AlphaFloor needs roughly 7.5/sqm.

Less screws plus a Quik Drive Auto- Feed Screw Driving System that drives them as easily as into particle board, cuts install time. And you can do it standing up, so your back and knees finish the day happy.

Another awesome project using Alphafloor.

On this Northern Beaches custom home, Clover Homes is using heavy structural steel to give the client maximum view of Palm Beach, Dee Why and the city.

With restricted front access and corrosive coastal conditions, the client chose Alphafloor for a concrete finish without pouring, better acoustics and easier installation.

Craned in at 7am → By 8am the crew were opening packs and laying boards. Glued down and screwed, finished in one day.

Alphafloor is a solid 35mm concrete panel, rated to 25 MPa. It feels like a suspended slab underfoot, boosts acoustic and thermal performance, and has a BAL-FZ rating.

Fibre cement sheets are thin, lightweight and they contain crystalline silica so cutting needs dust controls.

I know what I’m choosing.
