Alphafloor is a solid 35mm concrete panel, rated to 25 MPa. It feels like a suspended slab underfoot, boosts acoustic and thermal performance, and has a BAL-FZ rating.

Alphafloor panels are heavier than particle board, and that’s the point. They give you a solid concrete floor.

But weight means respect on site. Two people to lift.

• Carry on edge, not flat.
• Support the centre when tilting or laying down.
• Caulk the tongue and groove, engage and then caulk butt joints with adhesive.
• Screw 100 mm in from each long edge wherever it hits a joist.
• Cut with PCD or masonry blades and wear a P1 or P2 mask.
