Today, TLC joined schools and communities around the world in celebrating the UN Day of Play.
Led nationally by Play Australia this year's theme, Protect Play, Protect Childhood, reminds us of the vital role that free, unstructured play has in supporting children's wellbeing, creativity, friendships and development.
As part of the , inspired by Article 31 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, our students enjoyed an extra 31 minutes of play!
💙 Prep and Year 6 students enjoyed a special Buddies Play together in the Prep playground and classrooms.
💛 Year 4 students revisited the Year 1–3 playground for 31 minutes of fun.
💙 Year 1 students enjoyed exploring and playing in the Prep playground.
