Sanctuary New Homes: New Home Avoca Beach. Our clients home on a Side Slope Site. Clever design and our clients input created a home with reversed living on a tight and difficult block. The Living Area looks over the roofs of the neighbouring homes and brings the bushland in. A beautiful vista is now enjoyed from the living areas as well as the incredible window seat and the amazing skylights to the kitchen add luxury and light.

Sanctuary New Homes: One of our favourite homes and fantastic clients. We called this home "the glasshouse" on a country block in Wamberal on the Central Coast, this home was designed around the views to the rear and the pool and our chef's kitchen. Split Level downslope. Beautiful design.
